语言课程

    学期前的英语课程在夏天进行, 一般为四到八周。每周提供二十小时的学术英语教学。也有长期英语课程。这些是对大学生和研究生学生开放的。语言预科有9月, 1月和4月开学。既教授英语也教授专业。学生能根据需要学习一个到三个学期。

·Foundation Diploma for Postgraduate Studies - a ten-month pre-master's programme of academic and language preparation for postgraduate study in the UK 
·English Language and Academic Studies - New for September 2005 this course replaces the Contemporary International Studies Course and the Diploma in English for Academic Purposes 
·Pre-Sessional Courses -?-week & 8-week language improvement courses for students going onto university courses in October 2006 
·Summer Courses - 3-week courses combining academic and English language study 
·In-sessional Courses? In-sessional Academic English and Study Skills units to support international students with their studies at SOAS 
·Teaching English for Academic Purposes - a course designed for teachers who teach/intend to teach English for Academic purposes to undergraduate or postgraduate students.
